Who we are
Bangkok River Spa provides outcall massage in Bangkok. This notice explains what information we collect through this website and when you book with us, and what we do with it, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What this website collects
There are no forms and no accounts on this site. We use two measurement tools:
- Google Analytics uses cookies to record the pages you view, your approximate location (city level), your device and browser, how you reached us, including from one of our ads, and taps on the call and WhatsApp buttons.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics measures how quickly pages load. It uses no cookies.
When you book
When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, where you are staying, and the treatment and time you want. We use it only to arrange and carry out your booking. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Advertising
We may advertise on Google search. If you arrive by clicking one of our ads, Google records that click so we can see which ads lead to bookings. We do not use advertising that follows you around other websites.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the services named on this page.
How long we keep it
Booking messages are kept only as long as we need them to arrange your visit and for our own records. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it.
You can also block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by refusing cookies in your browser. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
