If you live in a condominium on Sukhumvit, a massage does not have to mean a trip out, a queue or a fixed appointment days ahead. Outcall means a certified therapist comes to your building, to your own apartment, and the session happens there. This post sets out how that works in practice, from the first message to the moment the therapist leaves.
It is written for residents rather than visitors, and for people who expect to book more than once. The arrangement is deliberately plain, so that the second and third bookings are as simple as the first.
Booking from your apartment
You call or send a WhatsApp message with three things: the name of your building, the soi it stands on, and the treatment and length you want. One hour’s notice is all that is needed. Once the booking is made, a therapist typically arrives within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic and exactly where you are.
We are open 24 hours, every day, and the price is the same at any hour. A session after a late flight, before an early start or on a Sunday afternoon costs exactly the same. There is no night surcharge.
Before you get in touch, you can work out the figure on the booking estimator. Pick the treatment, the duration and the area, and the total it shows is what you will pay, agreed before anyone sets off. Every price is published in full on the site, starting from ฿1,000 for a 60 minute Thai massage. The shortest session for any treatment is 60 minutes.
The front desk and the door
Most Sukhumvit towers have a lobby with staff or security at the desk. The one step on your side is to tell them a visitor is expected, with your unit number. That is the whole arrangement. When the therapist arrives, the desk knows to send them up, and you open your own door to someone you were expecting.
It is worth knowing who that person is before you open it. Every therapist is certified, with an average of ten years of experience. Every therapist is security checked and health screened before joining. All of our therapists are female.
What the therapist brings, and what you need
The therapist brings everything the treatment needs: clean towels, a disposable sheet that is used once and then discarded, and high quality oils. You do not need to buy or prepare anything.
What you do need depends on the treatment. Thai massage is worked through loose cotton clothing, with pressure and assisted stretching and no oil, so wear something loose and light. For oil treatments you lie under the sheet and stay covered throughout, except for the part being worked on. A head and shoulders massage is taken seated, so a chair is enough.

Where the radius reaches
The Sukhumvit service area is measured from Asok. There is no additional travel charge within 7.5 km of that point. In practice it takes in Phrom Phong, Thonglor and Ekkamai on one side, and Nana and Ploenchit on the other, along with the towers on the sois either side of the main road. Terminal 21, Benjakitti Park and EmQuartier all sit well inside it.
If your building is further out along the line, travel beyond 7.5 km is quoted and agreed with you before anyone sets off. You will know the full figure before you confirm.
